Instruction set for configuring Microsoft Outlook



open outlook and click
Tools > E-Mail Accounts





select "View or change existing e-mail accounts"
and click next





select the email account and click on change





in this window three fields will need to be modified.
change the following fields accordingly.
Incoming mail server (POP3):   pop.pics.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):   smtp.pics.net
User Name:   username@pics.net
where "username" is your actual username, the @pics.net is now required in this field.
after modifying the fields click Next





we're finished configuring Microsoft Outlook click Finish
