Water: Please help conserve water. No washing of vehicles. | |

Sewer Rings/Donuts: are required when hooked up to sewer. | |

Garbage & Trash: One large receptacle located in the alley. | |

Pets: Pets are welcome if kept quiet, under control and on a leash at all times. All pets are to be walked outside the perimeter of the park. Cleaning up "accidents" is the responsibility of each owner and no pets are to be left unattended in or around vehicles at any time. Guests with consistently noisy pets can be subject to loss of residency privileges in order to assure maximum pleasure for everyone. | |
